Community Involvement:

John is fourth generation Watsonville and continues to develop his personal and professional presence in the local community and across the county. His previous ownership and President of Springfield Mushrooms in the Pajaro Valley for 30 years, current membership and Elder at Westview Presbyterian Church of Watsonville, active participation in organizations at the local and county level, achieving numerous recognitions as a Realtor, as well as obtaining the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America, serves as a mechanism to understand and meet his client’s best interests.

Personal Background:

John married local girl Karen Palmtag in 1983 and together they have two children. A daughter who completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at John Hopkins in Baltimore and currently working for Kaiser Permanente in Portland Oregon specializing in pediatrics. Their son graduated from Gonzaga University in Washington also resides in Portland Oregon and is currently working as a Mechanical Engineer for a large global design and construction company.
